I began designing and creating cakes over 10 years ago for my family and friends. Requests soon flocked in from party goers who wanted me to create showpieces for their parties and my hobby flourished. I then successfully completed the Squires International Professional Cake Decorating Course before fulfilling my dream to start my own company. I am passionate about cake craft and I am an active member of the Sugarcraft Guild. I constantly update my skills and I have been taught by some of the country’s finest cake artists.
My aim is to create mouth watering cakes, baked from scratch using quality ingredients. I will create a show-topping cake designed especially for you that not only looks amazing but tastes delicious too.
I will deliver professional and friendly service with a personal touch, and together we can create your dream cake.
Our cakes are not baked in a nut free area.
Our cakes are made with dairy and vegetable fat products.
Our cakes do not like being put in the refrigerator! Once you have received your cake, you should store it in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight, on a flat sturdy surface.
As we do not add preservatives to any of our products, to ensure that they are at their best we suggest that all our Sponge, Chocolate and Carrot cake are consumed within 3 days after receipt.
You can refrigerate or freeze your cake once they have been cut to preserve them.
Fruit cake lasts perfectly well, if wrapped in baking paper and then foil, for months, but not years.
If you wish to keep any decorations such as models or sugar flowers, remove them from the cake and store in a moisture free container.
